3 Travel Classes | to best serve you

  • Executive Class | a first-class by course experience of plated dishes with crisp white linens, place settings, floral centerpiece, and chef presentations as guests follow along with printed itineraries. Meals range from 3-8 courses. Crew remains onsite for the duration of the event.
  • Business Class | a combo service of passed plates as guests chart their course through satellite stations of savory/sweet bars, chef-interactions, and grazing tables. Or seated tableside as family-style platter servings. ​Crew remains onsite for the duration of the event.
  • Tourist Class | our drop-off service with set-up highlights our 3SP-Bistro themed-boxed small plates/1-bites or individual meals, such as spa box or mash/mac bar. Crew onsite for set-up ONLY.
